We currently deliver across India and offer international shipping to select locations.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders below this amount.
- International Orders:
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Additional customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or personalized pieces may require additional processing time. The estimated timeline for such orders will be communicated separately.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and the courier service. While we strive to deliver within 10-14 business days, we cannot guarantee international timelines due to varying regulations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via the courier’s website.
Delivery Attempts & Issues
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If the package is undelivered after two attempts, it will be returned to Midnight & Marigold, and additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
- If you experience delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. While we do our best to expedite the process, delays caused by the courier service or customs clearance are beyond our control.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
