Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only in the case of damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at [email protected] with photos of the product within 48 hours of delivery. Upon review, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and certificates (if applicable)
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general wear and tear.
Refunds
We only issue refunds in cases where the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

- Contact your credit card provider, as processing time may vary.

Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment with a full refund issued as store credit.
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] before shipping the product back to {physical address}.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Midnight & Marigold is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value. If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed back to them.
